Ingredients:
Bananas - 2 pieces
Eggs - 2 pieces
Oat flakes - 100 g
Milk - 50 ml
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Honey - for serving
Preparation:
Mash the bananas with a fork in a deep bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add the beaten eggs to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly.
Add the rolled oats and baking powder and continue mixing.
Gradually add milk to get the consistency of pancake batter.
Heat a frying pan and grease it with a little vegetable oil.
Drop the batter with a spoon onto the skillet, forming fritters.
Fry on both sides until golden in color.
Serve the fritters with honey on top.
